August 19th Fort Point Trail Public Information Meeting

The Conservation Commission  has been working on a plan to improve the Fort Point Trail by upgrading the drainage, installing a new bridge with less steep approaches, making the trail firm and stable and improving accessibility. The Commission is applying for a Recreational Trail Program grant to fund 80% of the cost. We are holding a public information session on Thursday August 19th at 7PM describing our plans.  We hope you will attend to learn more (details below)

How to participate: The meeting will be held in person at the town office meeting room. We are following the Maine CDC guidelines and require that masks be worn at this indoor setting.  Remote participation  by zoom is also available. If you would like to participate remotely please send an email to stgcc@stgeorgemaine.com and include the following:
