Public Hearing Notice

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on two proposed amendments to the town’s Land Use Ordinance to be voted on by secret ballot

at the annual town meeting on May 13, 2023. One amendment makes four corrections to the shoreland zoning provisions, and the other provides for
auxiliary dwelling units and affordable-housing developments. Both amendments are required by Maine state law.
The public hearing will be held in person at the Town Office at 6:00 p.m. on March 21, 2024.

Requests to participate by Zoom must be received no later than 3:00 on the date of the hearing.
Copies of the proposed amendments have been posted to the town’s web site and are also available by request to the Town Office.
