This scholarship fund is in memory of Billy Stuart who spent a lifetime dedicated to youth sports in St. George. The fund is in place to continue that legacy and support St. George youth who are looking to attend a sports camp, clinic, or other enrichment program. Students must be a resident of the Town of St. George. Annual award amounts are determined by the St. George Parks and Recreation Boosters group.
