This is the Zoom recording of the Town of St. George's Select Board Meeting on 11/10/205. Other than a fade in and out, no other editing has been done. Because we are using the in-meeting room speakers, and because our Owl camera follows the SOUND of the voice, the camera is fooled about from where the sound is coming, and it's usually NOT on the speaker.
