The Planning Board will hold an onsite public hearing on July 21st, 2025 at 76 Seasmoke Road at 5:30 pm to observe the site for a building permit application that has been submitted. Richard & Linda Breeden want to construct a 6’ x 180’ pier, 4’ x 60’ gangway, 40’ x 20’ float, and a 3’ x 3’ hydraulic building. Planning Board Public Hearing Meeting will continue on July 22nd, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the town office in person, and via zoom.
