The town of St. George has been successful in getting a grant to write our Climate Action Plan and we want YOUR input.
An early part of the Climate Action Plan (CAP) is in-depth interviews with community organizations, service providers, businesses and Town staff. These interviews will focus on people's experiences with climate change and extreme weather; what people are experiencing in their homes and businesses; who's first and worst impacted; and who to prioritize, invite and involve in Town actions.
We're looking for 2-3 advisors to (a) suggest people/organizations for CAP Consultants to speak with, (b) make introductions, (c) review early findings. Time commitment: 2-3 hours per month for ~2 months including 2-3 meetings (if/as you are available).
