Welcome to the updated Home Page!

The most visible change is the addition of a Google calendar. It will enable us to post public meetings, workshops and other events connected to the St. George government. Meeting agendas and notices, when available, will be posted on the calendar under more details. In addition to the scrolling calendar, a monthly view and printable format are available on the Monthly Calendar page.
An additional enhancement to the Home page offers the ability to sign up to receive the town newsletter and important town announcements by email.
Site Search has been modified to provide a more efficient means of finding information on the website.
A new "Site Quick Links" provides a direct link to frequently accessed pages, and the "How do I...?" questions and answers have been expanded.
Meeting minutes for 2008, 2009 and 2010 have been moved to a new Meeting Minutes Archive page. More recent minutes can be found on the newly formatted Meeting Minutes page.
Included is an updated Privacy and Disclosure Policy for this website.

Announcements

Mooring Fees Due

Are due annually by January 31st. Fees not paid before May 1 will double, and if fees remain unpaid as of June 1, you may lose mooring privileges and gear. Please stop in or call the Harbor Master if you have any questions or comments. For fees please visit the Harbor Page. (posted 1/25)

Property Tax Payment - 2nd Payment Due March 31st

This is a reminder that the 2nd payment of your 2011 property tax bill is due March 31st. To avoid additional charges, please be sure to have your 2011 tax bill paid in full by March 31st. Call the town office if you're not sure you have paid in full. (posted 1/19)

Property Tax Abatement Deadline January 26th

If you think that your property has been over-valued there are steps you can take. The first step is for you to file an Application for Abatement of Property Taxes BEFORE JANUARY 26, 2012. Applications are also available at the Town Office. (posted 1/19)

Dog License Renewal Reminder

Dog license renewals are due by Dec 31 of each year. Renewals after Jan 31 have a state mandated late fee of $25. Please see the Town Administration page - Dog License - for more information.
